Our Inspiration
Lesismore Beef Jerky started out just making jerky for family and friends and everyone liked it so much, we decided to start selling it. We use Les's recipe for the Original, Mild and Hot. Sherri came up with the Teriyaki. Due to the increase in popularity and to meet USDA regulations we have decided to start using a co packer that will make our own recipes. This will allow us to sell at Farmers Markets, in retail locations and be able to ship our products. We are a small business located in the Arkansas River Valley. premium beef jerky
